Flooring Liquidators

I just bought my first home and I wanted some new flooring put in, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I went by the Rosedale Hwy location several times to check out different kinds of flooring, the pricing, the pros and cons of each type. I spoke with Forrest and Andrew multiple times, and they were knowledgeable and helpful.
When I found the tile and baseboards I wanted, they gave me cards for some of the contractors they work with. I ended up going with Gregg Blaufuss with BlueFoot Flooring/​Blaufuss Flooring (661−246−6447) (CA Lic# 958 716, 981 203). He came out, measured everything carefully, and his quote beat the price of a couple of the other guys (one by over $ 1k — $ 1.2k!). When it was go time he picked up the material and worked right through the weekend to get it done in three days (500 sq. ft. tile, 400 linear ft. baseboard). He matched his quoted price, and the flooring looks awesome. Like I said, having not done any of this before, I couldn’t have had a better experience.

We worked with Forrest and Briana. Both were very helpful in the process of choosing and ordering materials for our new laminate flooring. From the moment we walked in the door to getting in touch with an installer and ordering flooring everything was easy and seamless. We were really impressed with the quality workmanship and have already recommended Flooring Liquidators and our installer to friends and family. We would gladly return to them for our next flooring project. We went in to look at laminate on 12/​26, installer came out on ¹²⁄₂₇ for an estimate, on ¹²⁄₂₈ I went in to order materials, laminate was installed in our living room, hallway and bathroom on ¼ and ¹⁄₅ so start to finish with the holiday this was done in only 11 days (2 active install days).

We did buy some beautiful tile here for our house. We get lots of compliments on it too. It was pricey though. But we loved it so we paid up. While shopping we asked about wood plank tile as well. We had already found this somewhere else but wanted to compare if possible. However, they only had small, short wood plank tile. Not the kind we were looking for. However, when we told them what we already had they asked where it was from and said they could get it and charge us less than the other place. It was just all fishy. If you don’t have it on your floor then how are you going to all of the sudden get it? Where are you getting it from? Also, they quoted us slightly cheaper than the other tile place. It was basically just a price match. Overall, it was just shady. Like they’ll do whatever it takes to secure a purchase. We love the tile we bought, but the customer service here sucks. Too pushy. Not a fan.

We are very happy with the service that Andrew Flores provided. Friendly, not pushy and answered all out questions. We had carpet installed in our entire house (6 rooms). Team of two installed in one day. We are very happy with the results and everyone has been very professional. Will recommend to our family and friends.
