This is my first time bringing my sewing machine to get fixed. After a few online searches, I stumbled across Fajardo’s. This is a mom n’ pop, local business so I was happy to support it. My sewing machine’s bobbin wasn’t working properly and it was a quick trip to drop it off to have it inspected. I left it at Fajardo’s on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and picked it up the following Friday(1 week). The total cost, for parts and services, was $ 95. I have no cost comparisons, but considering this is its first tune up in three years, I’m not terribly upset. They also provide a 30-day guarantee so if I run into any problems, I can take it back to get it inspected. Overall, I am happy with the service. One suggestion for improvement is to keep the customer informed throughout the service. During that week, I was the one that called twice to get updates on the service. They should be calling me with updates on my machine, not the other way around.
