Envy Salon and Tanning

I went in not really knowing what I wanted to have done to my hair and the hair. The hairstylist I saw gave me a pretty good hair cut. So what is the reason for so few stars?
1. The hair stylist did a very minimal consultation. As a first time customer looking for a new hair stylist I was barely greeted and she didn’t introduce herself. She took me directly back to get my hair shampooed without looking at my hair prior to see about texture etc. I stated that she could cute up to 2″ off the length and she just started cutting from there without further discussion.
2. I was not greeted upon arrival or really at any other part of my visit. When I go to get my hair cut I am looking to somewhat be pampered and this was not the case. My stylist barely conversed/​tired to converse with me my entire appointment… instead there was silence. AWKWARD!
Needless to say even though the cut was good I won’t be returning… at least not that stylist.

Hmm… I’m torn on how to write this review. I went in to get my hair permed with the Japanese straightening system. I had read online that Taji did this and I believe he’s the only one I found in town. He is the nicest man ever and will treat you like a princess. Love him!!! He tried his best to fix my perm but I’m very disappointed it didn’t work. I paid $ 350 + tip and had to go in two additional times to get it «fixed» and my hair still looks like it did before I got it done but it’ls less frizzy. I feel like I crumpled up $ 400 and threw them away. I’ve had this process done twice before in Koreatown and both times worked so I know it’s not my hair that won’t take to the system.
The salon is clean and everyone looks nice. They offer you water or other beverages as well and there is Salon specific parking right in front of it.

I have been going to Bonnie for a long time and absolutely love my nails! Always a great welcome at the front desk and Bonnie is alway cheerful and fun to be around

Just got A full set of acrylics, pink and white, done by Bonnie. She did a good job but when she did my back fill, I wasn’t happy with it.
