This review has nothing to do with the services and interactions I have had with Enrique(Henry) DeLeon himself– I have been coming to Highgrove Medical Center for more than 10 years and have been seen by him numerous times previously and have been satisfied with his patient care and demeanor– No complaints on that end. I called and scheduled an appointment with Henry and had to wait close to 2 weeks for an appointment to be available after 3:00PM. The girl who scheduled the appointment for me was friendly and personable and there were no issues on that front either. Upon arriving at my awaited appointment today, the girl at the front desk informed me that the doctor couldn’t see me. She offered a short and uninformative explanation but would not explain any further when I pressed for more information. With all the intelligence and charm you would expect of a slow moving/speaking/thinking sloth of a human being, she told me that I would have to speak to her supervisor if I wanted to know the reason why my appointment was apparently now null and void, and she then directed me to go down the hallway to her supervisor’s office I went down the hall to speak with her and found that she equally unsympathetic to my problem and did not appear to want to help me or listen to what I had to say. Her explanation didn’t make sense and she admitted that they had erred but did not attempt to help me fix the problem or assist me with rescheduling an appointment. I felt that I was treated poorly enough that even after 10 years of being a patient at this office, the unfairness of the treatment I received and the complete lack of understanding and respect by Henry’s staff were enough that I have already begun seeking a new health care provider.
