Update: I went back to this place this past weekend and the service was good. Way better than my last time there! They have very nice chairs too!

I recently started going to Diva Nails and I couldn’t be happier! They have excellent customer service, and they actually take the time to do a fabulous job on my nails. They take pride in their work and it shows. This is my new go to nail salon. Thank you Thao, John, and all the staff at Diva for making me feel welcome and doing a wonderful job.

You are always greeted at the door by the owner, Nicole. I’ve never had to wait very long even if there were people in front of me. The quality of the mani/​pedi is really good.

Let me start off by saying how distracted these people are! Not once did she or he try to converse with me. They did such a sloppy job on the paint. I was very specific with how I wanted my nails and they came out nothing like the photo I showed him. I paid $ 57 for a full set and basic pedi. I work close by so I came here for the convenience but it was such a disappointment!!! Do not come here. Very unprofessional. Horrible job on my nails. Horrible service.

When it comes to pedicure spas I’m rather picky… I’ve done the destination spas, luxury hotel spa, mall spas, and everything in between — and there are 3 key elements for me:
1. Cleanliness — it has to make you feel safe, your not going to walk out infected or grossed out a the very least. At its best, it’s pristine! This place is clean — tools, chairs, floors, counters — everything! You can tell they take pride in the establishment.
2. Service — I’ve been here now 4 times (I don’t usually formulate an opinion on a single experience — everyone can have a great or bad day. This place has offered prompt, courteous, friendly service every time — I never feel as if they are trying to «sell» me something, or that they are talking about me in another language (even though most are Vietnamese). They make everyone feel welcome — I’d say even special — it’s great to see good customer service in practice at a reasonable price!!!
PLUS — the quality of the service is first rate! It lasts as well if not better than others — the massage component of the Deluxe Pedicure (which is what I usually get) is wonderful! And my polish is smooth, even, & cleanly applied every time! I’m very pleased!
3. Reasonableness of Cost: if you pay for a BMW & get a KIA your probably not going to be happy with what you paid. If you pay for a Mazda & get a Mercedes — you got a bargain!!! Here you’ll pay what is average for a mall spa ($ 20 – 40 for a pedicure) BUT the service will be as good as a luxury salon ($ 75 – 100) though the location may not be… as far as I’m concerned it’s a deal!
I recommend this place without hesitation — they’re great! Tao & John have been the 2 people I’ve had — and both have been equally skilled. The owner is usually there and always sets a great example of what is excellent customer service. Plus, today I found the got new pedicure chairs — the ones before I thought were fine, but these are even better!

Oops! I didn’t realize this place closed at 7pm. We walked in, asked if they were open, but she didn’t know what I was asking, so I asked the 2^nd lady, she referred me to the man. He said, «What do you want?» (A burger! Duh!). They were kind enough to take my daughter in. She just wanted the white tips, but the two workers insisted she needed the gel. Ugh! So. After winning that battle & getting only white tip mani, we left happy. I had to pay ahead of time since their register was closing, meaning tip before the experience. My fault for not calling, oh well. The place is clean, plenty of parking, and they were nice. Oh. And I checked out their polish selection. It does need some upgrading. Can you say 80’s neon love!

Let me start off by saying this isn’t my normal salon, I came here on a visit home with my mom. I have been here once before and I had an OK experience. Today I returned for a much needed (and anticipated) pedi.
The lady doing my pedicure was polite, but rough on my massage. They did not shape my nails, which was a bit of a bummer. The really disheartening thing is the color choices. None of my favorite polishes are here, ie Essie, OPI. The few that are here are very off the wall colors.
I will give it two stars for the cleanliness, otherwise I will not return here again. I was very disappointed.
