Cedarwood Apartments

Horrible place to live in, I got broken into, neighbor’s got their car broken into, the property manager didn’t even notify me my door and window were open because she thought I forgot to close them. Old carpet, old cabinets, tiny electric stove, there was a dead stray cat behind my building that was there for days until it started to decompose, standing water with insects, only 6 washers and 6 dryers in the laundry room, tiny pool, transients go through the dumpsters looking for cans daily, even a neighbor was going through the trash, and absolutely no security unlike the signs posted around the property say. The only good thing was the affordable rent and deposit that made it easy to move out, however the property manager attempted to keep some of my deposit.

horrible… never makes repairs, located Right next to «whoever» practices their hard rock back (lots of drums) Late at night… people screaming in the parking lot at 12am, neighbors who yell and run around at all hours of the night, and they will TRY their hardest to make anything up to keep as much of your deposit as possible! they go through apt managers like every few months and Royal T Management is the worst and rudest bunch of people… do not rent here — the ONLY good thing is the month to month rent which you’ll need after you find out how terrible they are.

If you’re looking for an affordable apartment in a fairly decent location, this is definitely a contender.
They are OLD with little to no updated furnishings. Shag carpet, no energy efficient appliances…
BUT I will say they are affordable, fairly spacious for the price, and in a quiet community.
