I was in here yesterday at or about 8 30 pm. I ordered a basic sandwich off the value side of the menu and a 10 piece chicken nugggets. After waiting ten minutes I gave up. There was ONE customer ahead of me for dine-in. So I requested a refund, and the inept lady at the counter repeatedly told me that my card did not match the card used to pay. I don’t carry a wallet full of cards, it was the only card I had. Anyhow it took another five to seven minutes to credit my card, and I had my doubts, but I just checked with my bank, it did go thru. This place needs some training and some leadership. Burger King is supposed to be fast food. At this store it is NOT.

I come here quite often because it’s near my work.
My friends and co workers often use the coupons that come in the mailbox when we eat here. We will normally get the 2 for $ 4 or even some time the meals. The cashiers never have a problem taking our coupons.
Most the time the food is good.
Fries are sometimes a little cold. But it happens at fast food places… I get it.
The Hershey sundae pies never disappoint on a rough day in the office. Let me tell you.

I love this restaurant I visit frequently I’m a regular I love the employees they are very friendly nice and courteous I love the fact that this establishment has so much diversity the food is excellent always fresh beverages are icy and not flat cookies are fresh and moist and the burgers are always juicy and tasty they never get my special order wrong even before I was a regular the men employees are eye candy and the women employees are funny talkative and all or professional hard working dedicated team members I visit for lunch dinner and breakfast if I was ever in wants of a second job I would with no doubt put in a application here no complaints on my behalf take and fill your order in timely manner never a long line sometimes In drive threw but that’s only the lunch rush hours and expected because these guys are so popular other than that I’m team Burger King thanks to this restaurant and It’s excellent service
