Great staff. Very helpful. It was my first time and they were great at helping me. The process is really simple and pretty painless. The finger prick hurts the most but it’s over before you know what happened. The place is very clean and efficient. Definitely making this part of my weekly routine. First timer tip: drink lots of water 1 to 2 hours before it helps.

I came to this facility referred by a friend.
If it’s your first time do not bring anyone under 18 years of age because they will not allow you to donate or stay.
I never donated plasma before and was slightly nervous and scared so this review will be for first timers. Upon arrival I was greeted and told to fill out paper work and read a binder regarding donating plasma. My picture was taken and veins were inspected. After a short while I was told to watch a short video. I was then given cup noodles, lays chips and a Powerade. I did give a urine sample aswell. Blood was drawn to check my iron levels and pressure.
Personal Questions were asked and a physical was done. If you have a marijuana card you will not be permitted to donate, although those who don’t have have a card and smoke, can. Let them know ahead of time so you don’t waste three hours there to be told you can’t donate. Once your cleared on that you will be able to donate.

Extremely clean and professional. Great staff and an inviting atmosphere. I’ve donated for about 6 months and I absolutely love it! It’s a great way to make some extra spending money.
Lots of needles, though. Every visit involves both a finger prick and an arm IV.

The staff is always very friendly. That really helps to oversee the wait time as it can be pretty lengthy.
