Bakersfield Patio Covers and Seamless Rain Gutters

I had this company come out to put rain gutters on my house. Their product is great, thus far and their service from start to finish matched. They were very attentive to my needs and had patience with me, as I had very specific requests. I’m planning on getting a patio next!

I had seen Craig and his crew originally at my neighbors house doing rain gutters all around the house. So I got their card and set up an appointment. The gutters came out very nice and the installers were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking.

This review is for my parents’ house. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. From the start, this company has showed zero respect — yet, we continued to give them the benefit of the doubt; hindsight is ²⁰⁄₂₀ — this company does not deserve my business.
After being disrespectful to my mom on the day they came out to provide the quote, we still decided to go with them. The guy completely ignored her presence and would only talk to my husband. Mind you, my parents are the one that set up the appointment and they are the ones paying. Yet, this guy only talks to men. Women are invisible.
Let’s move to the date they were supposed to show up to start the work. My dad took a day off from work to be home for the installation — no one showed up or called. When he called, the receptionist said the manager wasn’t available. When he finally got a hold of the owner, he stated he didn’t even know our address — how is that possible when we have been in contact with this company for weeks trying to get the install date set up? After apologizing for the no call/​no show, he said there had been a misunderstanding and that the installers would be there first thing the next morning– at 8:00 a.m. At 8:30 a.m., after no call and no show AGAIN, my dad called them again. The owner explained that the crew is about 3 minutes away from my house; 35 minutes later, the crew shows up. We turned them away, because at this point, the amount of run around and disrespect from this company, we do not trust their quality of work and we’d rather give the same amount or MORE to a company that deserves our business.

I had these folks out last Saturday to look at my Eve’s and request a quote and I called a couple times to follow up with my quote, talked with Yvonne she said she would have someone call me to take care of this an still no call nor do I have a quote at this point I really can’t recommend anyone to them there is a lack of follow through.
