I have visited urgent care here many many times when I am not able to get an appointment with my regular physician and I got to tell you that they have fantastic doctors and physician assistant and nurse practitioners here but I have to say number one in my book was a doctor that I saw today for a medical problem I am lucky enough that this is the second time I have gotten to see this doctor is name is Dr Khoa Tu he has done such an awesome job I am thoroughly impressed with him I only wish he had his own practice I would immediately change and go to him as my primary care physician if you’re lucky enough to find in there then you’re in luck and in good hands

Great service !!! I am not from Bakersfield, I am here Bcz work and I try some urgent care service that were horrible. I stop here by searching on my insurance page. The staff is incredible, especially doctor Bryan leonbo. He explained me what I had, what type of antibiotics I need to take. he explain everything and he always answered my questions in a human to human manner(I understood).the infection went Down today and I am going home. Excellente !!!

I have gone several times to urgent care and The service was fine. Most of the time s fast. Occasionally takes a long time. Some doctors are good, others are soso. I love their activities Social Monday, Walks on Wednesdays, scrap booking and cell training on Thursdays. Kristy Webb and her staff are awesome. They help you and care for you.

Every single person there was very helpful and I never felt like I bothered anyone. The doctor seen me within 20 minutes and was very nice and helpful… I would definitely recommend their urgent care!

I had used BFMC since the mid 1990s. I recently had the occasion to go to the urgent care on California Ave. The staff at «urgent» care took me back to room 14 at or about 2:50 pm. I waited almost three hours back there, a Dr. came in at 5:34 finally. The level of «I could care less» about customer(patient) service was further reinforced when I sent an informational e-mail to BFMC customer service, and there was no reply. My almost 20 year relationship with BFMC will end soon, based on them not replying to my customer complaint. If the staff and administration does not care, then why should I care. I will«vote» with my dollars as I always do, and my «vote» and my money will go to another health care organization. BFMC, at one time I had nice things to say about you but no more. It is just the facts. Years and years of goot relations ruined by a bad experience that not even«customer» service thought worthy of a response. We all make mistakes or have our off days, in business as well as in other aspects of life. What seperates the winners from the losers is how the mistakes are dealt with.
