I can only speak for the MMA and Jui Jitsu camps here, but they push my cardio the limit, then they incinerate my strength and my whole body ends up sore and weak for three days after a class. I’ve been doing kickboxing and muay thai for several years and this is the first club I’ve seen that puts cardio first. You can’t fight if you’re tired. The technique is way beyond what I’ve been exposed to, but if I could add one thing it would be more time on upre form drills and a little less doing the warm up(which can last 30 – 45 minutes depending on if any little kids break rules). Lots of sparring is available if you want, and everyone seems focused on improving.
