I took my car to Netterville’s in 2010 while on a road trip because my alternator went out. They took three days longer than the quoted time to complete the repair, did not replace my battery cables(which I was charged for), and damaged my O2 sensor in the process. They were completely uncommunicative and did not return any of my calls regarding the repair I was charged for that wasn’t completed. I just had to spend $ 400 repairing the O2 sensor that they damaged and when I called the proprietor, he told me I should«talk with my lawyer» and hung up on me. My current mechanic(who has an excellent reputation) assures me that the damage to the O2 sensor had to have occurred while the alternator was being replaced, given my car repair history. Summary: poor customer service, long repair times, and inferior work. Even if you’re stuck, pay the extra to get your car towed elsewhere – your car(and your wallet) will thank you.
