Such a fun and unique place. I haven’t heard of many vodka winery type places before! Haha. The had such a beautiful balcony where you could get your mixed drinks and relax! Also loved how I could take my cup home as a souvenir. Would definitely come back!

We just learned about this place on Saturday and so glad we did. It certainly breaks up the day of wine/wine/wine. The whiskey samples were pretty good. However, we had a tasting of their bourbon and it was great. As it is not sold on the property, we went to Michaels in Riverhead to get a bottle.

Love their products! Does get a bit crowded at times but do try a cocktail, bluegrass and food truck visits from Hug Bistro.

I had a great time the first time this time I was looking foward to try their whiskey and all I can say is that it’s appropriately named«Rough Rider» because boy does it go down rough… I would defiantly distill it a bit more.

This place is awesome! The Vodka tasting was really great! My favorite was the Raspberry. The Espresso was really strong, I wasn’t a fan. And the girl that works here during the day is such a sweetie and super helpful!

A new«must» when we come wine tasting. We did the vodka tastings, but the new cocktails look yummy too. Might stop in for one before heading back to NYC today :) Great space, great vodka, friendly and informed staff. Check it out!

Manhattan prices. They have some overpriced mixed drinks made with their house vodka and BJs lemonade. Unimpressive. On the up side… There’s live music and the singer kind of looks like Eric Roberts.

Been here several times, never been disappointed. The original vodka is incredibly silky and made me a convert to the refreshing benefits of a chilled vodka on a hot summer afternoon. Loved the strawberry sorbetta as well, great sipped icy cold as an after dinner treat. Or added to lemonade! However, for me, the absolute standout: DEEPWELLSGIN. Totally fell in love with theiir GIN after having a cucumber mint muddled cocktail featuring this awesome spirit! Talk about a perfect drink for a heatwave! JUSTGOHERE you will not be disappointed! BTW, all vodka based spirits are GLUTENFREE including their deepwells gin. And the sorbettas make awesome gifts; you get discount if you purchase 4 plus bottles of any spirit.

My husband & I kicked off a private tasting tour here the day after our wedding :) The vodka was delicious, especially raspberry and strawberry, and we tried a tasty cocktail too. The staff was so friendly and even gave us a celebratory shot. Beautiful setting! We will definitely be back!

First stop on a tour out east of the wineries. I let my dad and fiancé do the tastings since my fiancé would be the DD for later in the day. Both really enjoyed their flight. My dad did a bourbon and whisky, and my fiancé did the vodka and really enjoyed what he tasted. Both got to keep their glasses afterwards which was a cool souvenir. I would love to go back in the future and try a flight myself.

WOW. After a mediocre 3 vineyard tour, this place really redeemed the afternoon. I mean, no place has ever gotten me to take a sip of straight chilled vodka and enjoy it as is. EVER. This distillery has, hands down, the most amazing potato vodka I’ve tasted to date. And apparently they sell throughout Manhattan, so my @$$ is looking for the LIV Original Potato Vodka. The Espresso Vodka is also amazing… not sweet, but smooth. I can picture it chilled as a cordial, or over ice cream, or in a well crafted martini even. I also tried the Rough Rider Bull Moose 3 Barrel Rye and the Rough Rider Straight Bourbon, which were both fantastic. If you thought you could never sip on a Vodka or North American Whisky, then you need to come here and test your boundaries… because this is what dreams are made of!

Last minute stop for some tastings — Had the vodka flight — they let you choose 3/7(?) for $ 9 and you keep the shot glass. I tried the original, raspberry, and espresso. The raspberry and espresso are liqueurs, and go down as such. The espresso is no joke — if you like that strong coffee taste, you absolutely have to try that. The raspberry was a little too sweet for my palette. Do not be scared of the original! Yes, the liqueurs sound fruity and delicious but you MUST try the original. It is one of the most sip-able vodkas I’ve encountered. It’s incredibly smooth. The glasses are frosted, and the original will most likely be the first they serve you — it’s fantastic cold.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun going through the tour of the distillery and trying the tastings. The bourbons they make are complicated and have depth, I loved them. Our tour guide kept it interesting and answered all our questions and was more than happy to help us with photos. The staff we did the tasting with was knowledgable about the process and their products and even helped to recommend some other cool places to try in the area. I definitely recommend visiting this place.

Very nice distillery. The vodka is made out of potatoes. The tasting room is very nice. The strawberry vodka was very but all the vodkas were smooth plus you keep the shot glass. I didn’t try the Pine Barren whiskey nor the Rough Rider bourbon. The location is beautiful. The guy that served us was very nice. I will definitely be back again.

Merlot and Cabernet not cutting it? Not rising to the occasion with Riesling and Chardonnay? Look no further than LiV Vodka in the heart of North Fork Wine Country. For those traveling on the East End and looking for more than a great glass of vino, LiV Vodka is a much needed addition to your itinerary. Situated in a farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s, LiV offers sweeping views of farm country from a balcony on their second floor(also where the tasting room is located.) The tasting room is simple with ample bar space to begin your tasting journey. The many varieties of vodka are on display and for sale in addition to other bar accessories, novelties and North Fork Potato Chips. For $ 8 you sample three varieties of vodka(full shots) in a shot glass you can take with you as a souvenir. All of LiV’s vodka’s are potato vodkas and 100% gluten free. In addition to traditional vodka you may choose from their Sorbetta flavored vodka choices of lemon, lime, raspberry, strawberry and orange. Don’t be fooled by the vibrant colors because all of the Sorbetta varieties are flavored naturally with fresh fruit; artificial flavors and colors are never added. A recent addition to the Long Island Spirits family(Long Island Spirits is the parent company of LiV Vodka) is Pine Barrens Whisky. In a partnership with Blue Point Brewing Company, Long Island Spirits uses BPBC’s «Old Howling Bastard» instead of a traditional mash. A sampling of this single malt whisky can be purchased separate from the vodka tasting for $ 15.

We stopped in for a tasting while checking out some wineries in the area. The flavored vodkas are better than the plain, which has a little too much burn. I recommend the lime, the lemon was a little too pledge-y for me, if you know what I mean. When you finish your tasting, step out on the deck for a pretty view.

2.5−3 stars Interesting flavored vodka, but definitely not worth purchasing. It was worth stopping by for the tasting. Thanks to the tour we were doing, we got to do the tasting for $ 6. The raspberry and strawberry were good. Skip the lemon.

Wow, who would have thunk it – vodka made in Long Island? Well well Long Island, I have underestimated the power of your crunk. The chicas and I stumbled here [literally] after a long day of stuffing our pie holes with delicious locally grown food and wine tastings [read: excessive eating and imbibing]. Discovering Liv Vodka was definitely a great and surprising way to end the day. For $ 7 you get to sample 3 flavored vodkas [sorbetta] + a shot glass souvenir. Each sample is a generous shot, so pace yourself. I tried the strawberry [Yummers! Flavored with locally grown strawberries! ], lime [ick. Think lime + rubbing alcohol] and raspberry [straight up robotussin]. I would have loved to take a bottle of the strawberry vodka home, but I just couldn’t justify the $ 22. [Gotta pay my ‘too damn high’ rent] Check their website for distributors near you. Interestingly enough, I found them at Whole Foods! Me thinks a fun filled night of Strawberry Sorbetta shots will happen in the very near future! Like, when rent isn’t due. Hi-yooooooooooo!
