This Verizon store is Ten times faster than any other store in the Kitsap County area. One of the phone specialist Cody was super helpful and got us a great deal on a new phone. Will go there more often when im ever in need of anything Version related

Careful: Sales manager comes across as highly competent, but she uses deceptive sales practices, lies about activation charges.
Ashley Dekam, District Manager Pulsbo/​Bainbridge GoWireless office sold me a jetpack and made it a point to tell me that if I bought the jetpack, there would be no activation fee. I asked specifically about plans and all costs.
When I got the bill, I found a $ 35 activation fee AND a $ 20 line charge ON TOP OF the quoted plan price.
I tried to resolve the issue by contacting Ms. Dekam, she then lied outright and told me she had told me about the activation and line fees.
