rudest office staff I have ever encountered. wait time is terrible but bearable. but they’re attitudes are horrible. i have been here about 4 times in the past couple of months and I have never spoke with a nice person on this staff. the only reason I come here is because it is so close to my house.

WORST PLACE EVER !!! I waited 2 hourssssss to get my blood taken and then when they were slow as ever woman working was nasty and mean to everyone waiting and even yelled at an elderly couple in there 80s bc they asked how much longer. I couldn’t believe the wait time. I’ve been to quest in babylon and commack and this one is HORRIBLE!!! Quest diagnostics really should fire them and hire new workers. Even after i finally was up, the woman didn’t even understand what some of the codes were and didn’t give me a full blood work as my dr said it was self explanatory and she was uneducated and didn’t do the full test. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE RED FLAGGED !!!
