BIG FAIL **WORST MENUDO/​TAMALE XMAS MEAL EVER**
My sister asked me to go pick up for xmas as her family’s tradition, always a win… TIL TODAY.
$ 80 for Watered Down Menudo, Tamales with a «Smidge» of meat. DE VERAS, NADA!
NOTHING INSIDE! Basically ALL MASA!!! (and a little dollup up masa)
Juanitas and Costo Tamales would’ve been better. the people that knock on the door to sell are better than this!

Dec 24^th: Told my Sis… She said, «Quit complaining.» Me, «I am not complaining, I’m REPORTING. You need a huge save.» We got saved by our dad’s cousin having plenty to share. Called mom to ask her how to *doctor up* the menudo.
Dec 25^th: My Sis «Sorry, you were right. YOU WERE REPORTING. I don’t know what happened to our favorite place. We will NEVER GO BACK.»

FABY GET OFF the OWners NUts! this place really sucks id rather get a TORDA de Milanessa at taco king on the real… THis Place sucks azz… cuz the manager is white and how is this authentic mexican food? CMon now???

Hole-​in-​the-​wall Mexican food place a couple of doors down from the Goodwill store on the end…
Ordered a lengua burrito and a carnitas burrito so I could have a taste of both and take the leftovers home. The lengua burrito was alright but just ok, nothing fancy. I think the lengua was chopped up into too small pieces, I would have preferred whole pieces that you could taste distinctively. The carnitas looked really good under the counter when I ordered it, but by the time I had the final product, the raw onions that were included in the burrito took over the taste. Both burritos were made «dry» style — no sauce over the burrito wrap…
This place doubles as a market/​convenience store for Mexican goods, including Mexican coke… Yay…
Cheap prices, they have seating inside, and the food is ok, but not good enough for me to come back…

I have been to this place twice in one day thanks to the fail burrito UYE [

I don’t regret it one bit.
It’s half a convenient store with Mexican goodies and half a restaurant.
The menu is pretty straight forward. You can order a la carte or by combo.
There were so many items though and I couldn’t decide and somehow I wanted a burger and fries combo. But I stopped myself and got a chicken burrito and chili cheese fries instead. Total damage: $ 7
The service was great and they were very accommodating. I just wish they told me that the burrito was gonna be spicy because it really caught me by surprise. I was only able to eat half while downing a bottle of peach tea. The chili cheese fries were also good. If you order this, be warned that there’s actually chili hiding under the pile of cheese — which I didn’t see ’til half way through the fries.
This place has an «A» rating in case you care about that stuff.
They also have clean restrooms located in the back of the store.

It’s an Ok place.
The food was ok. but average.
The service was good…
I’ll give them another try…

GREAT EVERYTHING !!! this place has real homeade food… They also make some good ass tortillas… It may not be in the best neighborhood, but its a great place to go have mexican food and desserts… The owners are allways there and very friendly…
