While the customer service was satisfactory, the way my food was delivered to me was unsatisfactory. I came to this location on 06/18/2016 and ordered tacos, two jumbo jacks and an order of curly fries. I was given my bag of food, and I realized my curly fries were missing so I told the gentleman at the drive-thru about my curly fries being missing. He just handed them to me without a bag or anything. His hands were touching my fries. He had been handling money; then touches customers food. I didn’t want those fries after they had been given to me in this manner while being touched by an employee who has been handling money at the drive thru register. This isn’t the way food should be given to customers. It should be in a bag. Let’s do better Jack!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst jack in the box location! The employees are rude, they have absolutely no customer service skills, and the goodie crap! Their tacos are always old and stale! Please travel the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on alosta and citrus. Their food is bomb and the employees there are really nice! This jack in the box is ALWAYS bound to forget something in my order! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE!

Deserves ZEROSTARS. The drive thru line was extremely long but I decided to wait thinking it wouldn’t take long. I got to the first window to pay she was giving me my change and she droped some coins. She didn’t even say sorry. I got to the second window and I was asked If I had my receipt. Strange I’ve never been asked that. I asked her why does she need it for she said they messed up on an order. I gave her my receipt and waited more than 5 minutes for my food. She gives me 3 bags and asked what were my drinks. After I told her what drink I ordered she realized that she had given me the wrong order. She then had me give her the food back even after she saw me eat some fries, at this point I was mad. Not only did I have to wait in a long slow line, but I gave you my receipt and you still manage to mess up my order! I gave back all three bags and was asked to park in front, that someone would come out to give me my food. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no food just my drink. I parked in a stall and saw that two of the cars that were behind me didn’t get there food, instead they were also asked to park. After waiting in the parking lot for 8 minutes I ended up getting out of my car to personally get my food. Once I got inside there was a huge line of other people also waiting for there food. Inside was dirty, trash on the floors, food on the floor, dirty tables, everyone frustrated waiting for their food. People that were asked to park came inside waiting for their food. The manager a blonde lady didn’t seem to care about all the chaos going on. After waiting 3 minutes inside i finally got my food. I was extremely frustrated i went in the drive you for a reason. I was in a hurry. They never apologized. I was hoping that the food would be worth all that waiting. But it wasn’t, the food tasted horrible! It was greasy, oily, and tasted old. Me and my mom felt sick after eating there. Not to mention we threw it away after a couple bites. Even thought this Jack in the box is close to my house, I will never return to this particular location. The customer service is horrible, food taste old and greasy. They need to shut this place down, or get completely new workers.

Wait forever in the drive thru. Service is work for the employees. Go to other location on alosta and citrus! Spent 30+minutes in the drive thru. When I got my soda it was watered down.

Horrible. First they forget my order I had to go up and ask for it. Second, a piece of the bun was ripped off as if it got burnt and it was an easy solution… Third, the chicken wasn’t grilled all the way and it has frozen marks. I took it back for the new one and been waiting forever. They forgot AGAIN! Never coming back

Food here is disgusting had 2 taco and a jumbo jack. The taco tasted like it has be sitting for an hour cold. The taco was full of oil. The burger the same tasted like it had been premade in advance waiting. I just threw away my food i Didn’t want to chance it and get sick

Jack’s Blazin’ chicken was a winner even though it looked as though it had been fried too long or re-fried in that the the batter coating looked very much darker than the image advertised in the window or the menu board, even though I was apprehensive I dug in and it was a delightful experience; the Ghost pepper ranch sauce which I didn’t think I would like was actually the perfect compliment to the sandwich with a smokey. warm undertone rather than a blistering challenge. For a blistering challenge I would recommend the Hella-Peno burger which is part of the Munchie meal menu which includes sliced jalapenos, taco sauce, cheddar jalapeño sauce and stuffed jalapenos… that one was a little too much for me but my fellow Gringos can feel safe with the Blazin’ chicken sandwich(I didn’t even drink my water til the sandwich was gone and truth is I didn’t even really need the water but we are in a drought so I don’t want to waste). Another home-run for Jack and as usual for this location the order was perfect and the food was of course hot, 5 stars again for the Azusa location.

So I just went through the drive-thru to pick up a quick lunch, I asked for a #15, Teriyaki Bowl combo, it says on their menu that it is $ 6.69, the girl at the drive-thru punches in, comes up at $ 6.89, after the tax it’s $ 7.51. What bothered me is that I asked the girl at the window what the price was, because it was coming up on their drive-thru screen wrong, and she replies $ 6.69, and still runs it through at $ 6.89, I know it’s only 20 cents, it’s the fact that how many times do they do this a day, and how much more money are they making by over charging. Let’s go on to the food, after pretty much throwing me my bag and card and saying«have a good day ma’am», I had to ask for my drink. She hands me my drink, raspberry ice tea, with a milk shake lid on it, she tells me they ran out of lids, um so why not put it in a regular cup and make a note so when you do inventory and your off, you know why!!! Let’s not forget no ice in my «Ice tea», and now the bowl, yeah that was a waste of money, this is pretty much all I get their, but mind you out by my home(in Rancho Cucamonga). So as I’m driving back to the office I decided to call to speak to a manager in regards to the pricing, the young lady who answers, ask me who am I, I reply«a customer, can I please speak to your manager», she doesn’t even put me on hold since I can hear the background noise, I never hear her say anything, then she comes back and days the manager is busy, now I’m pissed, I’m not a regular anymore, I use to get breakfast, so I just hang up. I get to my office, and in my bowl, there is little to no chicken, really, really, wth is this. Honestly I don’t plan to give them any of my business anymore. But yet they want to get paid $ 15 an hour, for what, to be rude, not know how to treat a customer and to give you bad food and service. Oh and a side note, I was the last car in their drive-thru, so they can’t say they were busy and getting slammed, which is still not an excuse. I’m going to call corporate, seeing as how the manager has no time for a customer.

It’s 10:15p and the«cool guy,» the receipt says Christian, working the drive thru gave me some pretty shitty food. I think he reheated my chicken strips in the microwave because they were soggy, scorching hot, greasy and falling apart. My lemonade had no ice in it and they didn’t have any Franks hot sauce. He said they ran out. And who doesn’t offer ketchup when your getting fries? This is by far the shittiest Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to and I’m a Jack in the Crack addict. Dear Manager, who ever is working the night shift isn’t really working. And fast food workers think they should get paid $ 15/hr? There’s a reason why you don’t get tipped! Because if shitty service like this.

It’s Jack in the Box. It’s going to taste generally the same, no matter where you have it. I will say, service at this one is faster than other jack in the boxes I’ve been to in the surrounding area. They take forever in Walnut/Diamond Bar off the 60. And they are marginally faster in Duarte. It’s also awkward to get in and out of the lot. But, that’s no big deal.
