Called Directem to the house due to tons of spiders. Have used the othro spray for a long time, but it just wasn’t keeping up. Joel came out and was very professional! He gave us sound advice and took care of our problem. He even sprayed our storage sheds. He was very through and amazing. Highly recommended.

I called this service over to my home because of the good job that he did where I work. When he got to my home, he quite literally, stank. When he sprayed for spiders, he knocked down lights on the patio and breezeway which we had to put back up! He spend the entire time talking on the phone, which was annoying if we wanted to talk to him. He knocked down a smoke alarm inside the house and didn’t even offer to put it back up for us.
The product he used works great, I haven’t seen a bug since, but I won’t have him back to my house. He did very sloppy work and we’ve had to call people in to replace what he knocked down.; Bad experience…

I had bed bugs that I got from an old mattress (my fault I know). The little critters were wreaking havoc on my skin. I called terminex and orkin but as a college student with little expendable income they couldn’t help me. I started calling every place I could until I found direct’em. I haven’t had a problem since.

My bugs are gone! I called up Direct’em to see if they could help me out with my pest problem. I could have called one of the known pest control companies but as cliché as it might sound, I do try and help out small businesses when I can. I spoke to Joel about my situation and set up for him to come check it out the next day. He actually showed up when he said he would! That never happens! Anyway, Joel was really cool. Knowledgeable, friendly, great attitude and took care of everything really fast. I would definitely give him a call if I ever had any kinda issues again. Looks like I got myself a pest control guy now!

I’m new to Pasadena and can’t afford places like Orkin or Terminix. A friend recommended Direct’Em and when I spoke to Joel on the phone, he was very informative and had reasonable rates. I called him late in the afternoon and was at my door first thing the next morning. Great service and I will definitely use him again.
