I recently had the need to euthanize one of my older dogs whose quality of life had deteriorated to the point she was suffering. The best thing I could do for her was to relieve her suffering. I called Azle Main street vet for an appointment. The person on the phone was so insensitive in her tone of voice, that decided that I could not trust them to treat my little dog with the compassion she deserved. Additionally I believe she was jacking up the over all fee. I called Eagle Mountain veterinary hospital and was greeted with a sensitive compassionate voice who understood what was going on. Ultimately the little dog rallied and got a little better for a few days, but in the end I took her to Eagle mountain where she was treated with the compassion and dignity she deserved. This was not my first experience with Azle Main street vet, but it is my last. I write this review to perhaps spare someone else of experiencing what I did at a very difficult time.
