I brought two black vintage jackets to be cleaned. Both were returned ripped beyond repair. Knowing their delicate nature and material, they should not have been run through the normal dry cleaning process. They should have used better judgement and called me before proceeding and ruining priceless garments. I’m so disappointed and needless to say, will not return.
