The Vitamin Shoppe

I went into The Vitamin Shoppe today. The store looks nice, neat and orderly. There is not an overabundance of inventory. There were three or four men working there and I was greeted when I walked in. I spent probably 20 minutes or more in the store. I was looking for one particular item.
These stores are very intimidating for me but at the same time I do like to go up and down the aisles looking at what’s there.
I went through most of the store and finally found what I was looking for. There was one person who was straightening the aisle I passed by (possibly stocking I’m not sure). There was only one other customer in the store so the guys were just hanging out. Not once was I asked if I needed help until I had in hand what I was looking for then the guy was very pleasant.
Customer service is not their thing here.

I like this place for proteins and such. They have a good supply of what I am looking for when I don’t get it from my normal source or I need it quickly. I typically only deal with the manager because he is defiantly the most knowledgeable there. The one thing I don’t like is that they really do not know a ton about nutrition or supplements other than the fact that they have it on the shelf. You will have to do your own research if you want to know what works and whats the best. They will sale you whatever you want not because it works but because they like any business want to keep sales up. I gave it 4 stars because of how clean the place is and how they are willing to help, they just are not very knowledgeable beyond inventory.
