My daughter loves this place! We have gotten the Groupon a few times. It is always clean and has 2 – 3 sofas and tables for the parents to sit. They also have free WiFi. Be sure to wear socks. It’s a great way for kids to burn off energy during the insane AZ summer heat waves.

My 18-month-old loves this place. We’ve gone twice and he always plays until I peel him away from the place! Not sure how often toys are sanitized but both times we have gone, my son gets a little bug(cold, runny nose) the next few days. He doesn’t go to daycare so I figure it may be good for him to build his immune system. Just an FYI to other parents.

Amazing place. I was in town for a vacation with my two young kids(3&1) and were at loose ends several mornings and this place saved us! My daughter continually requested to come back repeatedly and I couldn’t have been happier to agree. This place is CLEAN, neither kid got sick — which pretty much never happens when we go to most play places. I can normally count on at least a cold within a few days. Both kids found lots to do and required minimal help or supervision to do it. The set-up is ideal for this age group with tons of activities and toys. I enjoyed the atmosphere of both the staff and the other families there. The only thing that would have helped was having more snacks/food/drinks available.

If you have absolutely no where else to take your kid then this place will work. It has a bounce house. Besides that there was a bunch of plastic backyard toys. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Just not a whole lot to it

Took my boys here with a groupon and was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was. There are lots of toys and equipment for babies and toddlers to enjoy. There were also sanitize stations to clean those grime little hands. I would definitely bring my boys back again!

This is now a staple place we visit. I have my now 2.5 year old son and my 5.5 month old daughter. When it is 110 outside and I need a place for my son to get squiggles out, this is it! I usually only go when I have coupons, but my son loves it, and it is the perfect indoor escape!

Great place to come in the West Valley to get out of the heat. Yes, a lot of it is standard play equipment(climbing gyms, train, play kitchen), but it is INDOORS. The place is pretty clean and a good size unless it is super crowded. The blow up bounce toy is great, as is the little eating area in the back.

I have been to Jubeelieve multiple times. It is always clean and the owner is always friendly, helpful and professional. My 19 month old daughter loves it here and can play for hours. She loves it so much that she usually throws tantrums when I make her leave, even when she has been playing here for 3 hours! Toys are switched out often to keep it new and entertaining. Good prices and there are always deals offered through Groupon, Local Flavor, etc.

As a stay at home mom I must say, thank you for having a clean air conditioned place for us to come play. We love it here! It’s also a great place to let your little one try new toys before you buy them. It’s clean and with the Groupon it’s so affordable, this place is the best.

My wife always takes my son here. This morning, I went with them. The place is pretty cool. It has a bunch of toys for the kids to play with as well as a bouncy house, tons of slides and a couple of Thomas the Tank trains they can ride on. Cost is a bit steep if you pay regular price($ 9.00 or something), but they have Groupons for about $ 4.00 per visit when you buy a card with 10 visits on it. Make sure you bring socks… cant wear flip flops inside the play area. The temperature inside the place was running a little bit warm and had a semi musty smell to it. Nothing horrid though and all the toys seemed to be in excellent shape. We will definitely be back.

Took the day off yesterday to spend with my little guy. I wanted to do something a little different with him than go to the Children’s Museum, which seems to be what we always do. After some research, found Jubeelieve. Was a bit apprehensive to go since I am an hour away. Walking in, it is quite small. The woman at the check in desk(who I think is the owner) was very nice and friendly. My son was tugging on me to hurry, and she thought that was entertaining. Once we got in the little gate after taking off our shoes, my son was overwhelmed. It may be small in size, but it is packed(but not over packed) with stuff that he loves! Slides, Little Tykes cars, trains, a bounce house, kids his age, music, play kitchens, etc. He was SO happy! They have nice comfy couches for the parents to sit on and observe… and my son ALLOWED me to sit down four times total in almost 3.5 hours. Very kind of him. :) He played with just about everything at least once. The woman walked around several times and cleaned up toys and put things away… even though it’s really pointless because the kids just dug in again… but it was nice that she was paying attention and cares for the place. It was clean and my white socks stayed white! My son talked about it and looked at the pics I took of him all last night and this morning! He absolutely loved it! And as I was leaving, she was putting together a new climbing toy… so we will absolutely be going back! Thank you so much for the day with my kiddo!

Really great place. Not huge enough to lose your child, but not small enough to feel suffocated. The owner was on site, gave me lots of info when we got there, had cake slices foe guests, and the place was clean. Even the bathroom! This is a great option for the toddlers to burn energy(mine is napping now!) –Discount days & military discount –Clean facility –Sock requirement –Reasonable price We will come back!

UPDATE: I’ve been back to Jubeelieve MULTIPLE times since my initial review a year ago. My son loves it there! The owners have done so much to make this space feel warm and kid-friendly. It is clean and I never leave feeling my son didn’t have a great time. They have good birthday packages. I had my son’s 3rd birthday party here in February. What an amazing experience! They decorated based on my theme and helped with clean up! I could actually be a part of the birthday party and enjoy it with my son! I think there’s a good assortment of toys for kids. I wish there were more places for adults to sit BUT this would take away play room. I get it. Perfect to have in AZ so my son and I can get out of the house but not be in the heat. This is good for kids 5 and under. I like that there aren’t older kids dominating the scene. Remember to bring socks though!

This place is pretty cool. My 1 ½ year old had a great time there. The only downside is that I also have a 9 year old and they only go up to age 5 so I can only go when she’s not with us. It is a great place to take your little ones but don’t forget socks. Socks for everyone. They do sell them if you forget though.

The playground is small but has plenty to play with. It was very clean. Value for what you get was just ok most of the toys are common. It was nice place to get out of the heat after having a toddler cooped up in a hotel room.

This indoor play area delivers exactly what I wanted a fun park for my kids to play at with ac. It includes a bounce house which was often empty during our visit. I believe it is also age restricted to five and younger so no bruiser kids. It has about 10 huge foam blocks which kids seem to love to stack and knock down. It also has six play sets of varying size. The largest has a bumpy slide. Three are kind of backyard play sets. One of them is a pirate ship. And two house play sets. It also has a tunnel and two side by side«roller coasters». One of the favorites for our boy was the two power wheel style Thomas the trains. He must have ridden the train in a circle for 20 minutes before getting off and thanking Thomas for the ride. It also has a good sized wooden train table play area. There is lots more, but you get the idea, and I listed most of the bigger items. You MUST wear socks. Bring or buy there at $ 2 a pop. I will add a few pictures but my only regret was we didn’t find this place earlier. They also sell an assortment of snacks for long play sessions.

We came here because it’s on my parents’ side of town. After being completely unimpressed with a similar facility(Imaginationland — which is little more than a bunch of dress up stations and a slide), I was reticent about going to yet another place that wasn’t the Children’s Museum of Phoenix. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I’m a bit confused by some of the other negative reviews. Yes, Jubeelieve is a collection of commercially-available play equipment for children. If you’re the kind of high-roller who can waltz into Toys«R» Us and buy multiple slides, play kitchens, puzzles, miniature roller coasters and a bounce house — go right ahead. Then, stay home. We have a membership at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix. She’s played on all three floors of that facility. But guess what? She didn’t want to leave Jubeelieve because it has, wait for it, multiple slides, play kitchens, puzzles, miniature roller coasters and a bounce house. We have neither the room nor the money to outfit our house with these things. Could you just take your child to the park? Sure. But you also need to consider the context in which places like Jubeelieve exist. It gets hot as hell in the summer. This facility is air conditioned. The pricing is also on par with other comparable play facilities. I was also impressed with how clean the place was. Both bathrooms were spotless, and the toddler potties were immaculate. Ultimately, why do parents take their kids to places like this? To tire them out for nap time. My daughter fell asleep literally five minutes after I put her into the car seat. I’d say that’s mission accomplished. A note about the socks. We had to buy socks. I didn’t know about the sock policy, but my dad has been here before and should have warned us. That’s not Jubeelieve’s fault, so I’m not going to dock stars for that.

A whole lot of rules for a whole lot of nothing. My daughter and I got kicked out today because I did not wear socks. She was having a perfectly good time socializing on her own. All I was doing was sitting down monitoring her and happy that she was making friends while relieved to be battling nausea without having to constantly entertain my kid. Ruin that for me. Who cares about the customer who asked nicely by the way if I could remember the socks for next time. My last $ 10 was used on lunch so no I don’t have money to buy your overpriced socks. Every indoor playground I’ve been to has never required the adult to wear socks. There is absolutely nothing there that would warrant an adult to wear socks. The equipment are made for young children. Adults cannot physically get onto anything. We just stand there or sit. I understand requiring kids to wear them to slow down and all but see no need for the adult. Rules are rules I guess. This place seriously needs to work on their customer service skills. If you require socks from everyone then maybe you should kindly ask them if everybody has socks on before punching the stamp card, let the kid play for 15 minutes and then kick them out for not having socks. When I go to the Playground in Peoria I’m always asked if kiddo is wearing socks before our punchcard is punched… and I’m a regular there so they know me and still ask. I have 2 more punches left on my card. I’ve pretty much made up my mind that I won’t be getting a new one. Rules that don’t make sense, equipment that you can buy at Toys R Us, and rigid customer service. I’m pretty much done. That’s my rant. Parents if you have young kids, they will enjoy coming here and it is clean but all that just doesn’t matter when you have a bad experience. Just remember everyone is required to wear socks. My editorial on the Yates comment on FB. Totally inappropriate. I wasn’t bothered by it personally. This happened years ago. There’s no reason to bring up such a controversial topic and have people associate your establishment with negativity. As Americans we have the right to free speech so from that perspective I can see why the owner specifically said she’s not apologizing for her comments. However, you choose to use your business as a soundbox for your opinions then you will suffer the consequences of those actions whether positive or negative. You will alienate people who don’t agree with your opinions and potentially lose them. Your customers should matter and quite frankly it doesn’t seem like they do. Edit in response to owner: The owner wants to argue semantics so I will clarify. I was not literally kicked out. I was told I needed socks; I didn’t have socks; owner said nothing else to me except, «Everyone is wearing them. That’s the rule,» so my only solution was to leave. I have no problems following the rules. What I have a problem with is how you handled the situation. Instead of working with your customer, you choose to repeat the same thing over again when I tried to work with you — everyone else is wearing them, that’s the rule. Yes, I know the rules. People make mistakes-we forget. I didn’t know I was expected to remember everything I read in a waiver and purchase agreement. What I have a problem with is you taking my money(ie punchcard), letting us play for 15 minutes and then telling me to wear socks. Again, if sock wearing is so imperative and you are so concerned about babies getting foot germs, ask about socks BEFORE you punch someone’s card. For the record you did not offer to sell socks to me. I only found out from reading another review on Unilocal after I got home. You could have easily fixed the situation by saying hey, come back with socks and I’ll let you back in or provided a refund. You could have told me to not move around the room and just stay seated unless my kid needed me or to just be careful not to step on baby toys which I noticed were in one specific area of the playroom. There’s also a sitting area right by the playroom entrance which you could have offered to let me sit. As a business owner you resolve issues with your customers. Not tell your customers rules are rules and offer no alternative. That’s my point. Say something that shows the customer you care and that you’re trying to work with them. Instead, I left distressed with an upset toddler who wanted to stay. For the record, I was never whispered to. We were quite a distance from each other for any whispering to occur. You did not tap my shoulder as I do not like being touched and would have remembered the incident had it occurred. Customer service goes a long way, especially for small businesses. Rules are important. So is compromise and solutions. I suggest you take the reviews here as constructive criticism. You can run your business your way, or you can run your business the right way. Only one of those ways will get customers to come back.

My 3 ½ year old had seen all the indoor play places around the Valley, and this place is near the top of his list. It’s clean, well maintained, the toys are in great shape, and there is a wide verity. His top three is the Roller Coaster, Big Slide, and Thomas The Train ride. As for my(the parent) perspective. The price is right and it isn’t a long drive from where I live in Surprise when you take the 303. Overall when the temps hit triple digits and the little ones are climbing the walls, this place is a great prescription!
