I never went to an Allergy doctor before. But as customer service goes, the team gets an A from me. I took my 11-​yo autistic son to see Dr. Eiza Ching. She demonstrated professionalism and candor, and explained every step to my son. She and her team followed my counsel on handling my son and they got his full cooperation. The entire team was affable and professional. I was pleased.
