They got my request for party rental processed the same day I needed to pick up, which was impressive! Our party for 50 guests would not have been made otherwise. They do deliver but didn’t have time since it was last minute. Prices on their website reflect true. Everyone was really nice especially the party rental coordinator and receiving staff. For tables, chairs and linens I had no issues! I’m interested to see how their prices compare to other stores. Didn’t have time to «shop around». Only complaint would be some of the white chairs had minor scuffs, it was a night event so didn’t matter too much.

We rented equipment for our wedding party. Everything was in good shape. When deciding what to rent Gayle took the time to help us figure it out and was very patient with our changes over the two weeks prior to the actual rental date. We picked up our equipment in the pouring rain and they helped load it quickly. Drop off was just as good. Several employees helped unload and the checkout process was super quick and easy.
