Suzy’s Consign & Resale

I would never recommend this shop! When I was there, the owner was very insulting to me. I left upset and without buying anything!
I heard from someone else today that they had also heard bad things about this shop and owner. Sad — as a business owner there’s never an excuse for being rude.

Great clothes at moderate prices, but be warned, they only take consignments until 5:30 pm.

Suzy’s is a wonderful consignment and resale shop in Avon, IN. You can always go in there and find something to buy even if you were just browsing! Great selection of cool jewelry, scarves, tops, jeans, jackets & shoes. They also have a good assortment of handbags. There is a good, friendly vibe at Suzy’s and if you haven’t been there yet, go stop by and check it out!

Love this place! Always find just the right item, plus a few more! Very fair and efficient consignment process too.

I so enjoy going into Suzy’s because I know everything is organized well, similar items are together and sizes aren’t scattered throughout the shop. I can spend time trying on rather than digging through racks of clothes not my size. The prices are reasonable so you can afford a few extra pieces in your wardrobe. Nothing worse than a resale or consignment shops with prices the same as the current sale prices of the department stores. The turnover also keeps me going back for the new pieces I fine each time.
Several of the items I’ve purchased still have the original tags on and I left with a new outfit for 15 dollars. Not only do I save money shopping here but I save time since I can go directly to my size, spend 10 – 15 minutes, and either have something I love or be out the door quickly without resenting wasting time. Fresh, crisp and fun place to shop. Store employees are helpful and don’t mind helping put together an outfit. Love the remodeled store with the fun boutique atmosphere.

This is now Suzie’s Consignment but both owners were/​are amazing! I have been a consigner for over 2 years and no other place compares! They only sell the best and have fun doing it. I love stepping into this store-​it instantly brightens my day!

I’m a bargain shopper and enjoy going to thrift/​resale stores. One thing I don’t like, though, is having to paw through rack after rack of clothes, looking for my size, etc. Katie’s Consign and Resale seems to carry a lot of better name clothing (Ann Taylor Loft, Chico’s, Coldwater Creek) at good prices. Yesterday I bought three tops, all names I recognized, and a dress for under $ 50. The clothes appear clean and in good condition. There is a small section of formalwear, although given that prom season was in the recent past, there may have been fewer dresses than normal. Jewelry and purses can also be purchased here. I haven’t consigned any clothes here so I can’t speak to that, but Katie’s is a go-​to place for both casual and work clothes for me.
