Revolution Power Yoga

This yoga studio rocks! Feel relaxed and focused every time after a yoga session here. Like the hot yoga as it seems to defrost my stiff muscles pretty quickly, and learn a new aspect of a pose every time I go.

Great power JIP class with a wonderful view of the mountains. I had been recovering from a sinus infection and was finally able to get a class in on our trip. It was rejuvenating, challenging, and fun. Highly recommend.

We were on vacation in Vail and the folks over at the Lululemon showroom directed me over to this great little studio in Eagle! After you go up the stairs in a nondescript little office complex, you come into this beautiful little studio. Since I hadn’t packed my mat on my vacation, I checked in and borrowed a loaner mat, of which they had quite a few available. The class was taught by both an instructor and a helper who came around to help with form and to give encouragement. Being heated yoga, it really got you going, and because they are a Baptiste studio it was a great workout.
I also noticed that they carry a great selection of Prana clothing and Silver and Sage jewelry which is a favorite of mine and based out of Scottsdale.
As we vacation in Vail on a regular basis, I will no doubt be returning to this studio and I highly encourage others to do the same!
