Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

The only reason this place is getting one star is because I didn’t have a choice! This business deserves ZERO stars!!! This place is very unprofessional. My fiancé and his groomsmen had an appointment at the Men’s Wearhouse in Greenwood Indpls, IN, Sunday 1÷24÷2016 to get fitted for a tux for our wedding. The salesman that was there didn’t let them try on anything! The salesman tried on the tux instead of my fiancé! How professional is that?! I don’t need to see the salesman in the dam tux I need to see my fiancé in the tux! But the salesman made it clear that they didn’t have anything for my fiancé to try on or his groomsmen. The salesman told my fiancé he could still order his tux without even trying it on! Now who would order a tux for their wedding day without trying it on first?!? And not to mention the salesman was helping other people during my fiances appointment. That’s why we made an appointment so that we could get the personal one on one time that we needed but unfortunately we didn’t get that! I’m going to make it my business to let everyone know how unprofessional this place is. This business needs to be closed! And the sad part about it is that we was warned not to go here… we should’ve listened!

Great experience. Good customer service and great selection of dress and casual upscale men’s clothes.

Went in to buy some accessories and maybe buy a few dress shirts. The saleswoman did not seem very knowledgable and she left me for another customer. As I went to check out I assumed she would ring me out but she walked bu and ignored me to help another gentleman with a suit. WILL NOT be returning to Mens Warehouse, I will stick to the Joseph A Banks in Plainfield although it is a little further of a drive for me, the customer service there is much better.

Men’s Wearhouse has quite the reputation out there in the wedding world, and I feel obligated to tell about my experience because honestly? It was not the horror story you often hear!
When planning our wedding, Men’s Wearhouse just made the most sense, they are nationwide and very abundant and we got a discount since I bought my wedding dress at David’s. Also, they have a nice deal where if so many (I think 5) groomsmen get paid tuxes here, the groom’s tux is free. There are other perks, but we did not earn them.
We ventured here one random night and it was pretty deserted so we got to work on picking the tux right away. The woman was knowledgeable and despite trying to get us to rent the most expensive tux (can’t really blame them) we settled on a nice but more affordable option. From there you pick the colors, style, extra accessories such as pocket square. In the package, everything is included including socks and cuff links, which is great when you don’t want to have to worry about anything the day of.
Fast forward to picking up tux, each guy got to choose where their tux was sent and try it on in store ahead of time. This is important because if anything is wrong/doesn’t fit, they need to order it in for you and need I think at least 24 hours to do so but they can get the replacements in super fast. Anything that was slightly off for our guys was promptly corrected and everything went very smooth. The guy that helped my husband try on his was very helpful to him and his tux fit perfectly.
Tux return was a breeze too and the reimbursement for my husband’s tux and deposit was quick too.
I would recommend Men’s Wearhouse to those looking for an affordable tux rental package and hopefully you’ll have as good of customer service experience as I did. They also have really good sales on suits sometimes and we will probably be back in the future for this when we have a need for a couple of new suits for my husband.

Used them for my wedding and to buy a suit. Staff was not very friendly and they were supposed to call me on three occasions to let me know my suit was ready and they never did… I had to call them… and they mis tagged my suit so they didn’t know who it belonged to.

I should say Ron does a great job with picking great employees at his location — all of them greet with a smile… the customers always feel welcome here.
There once was a beautiful Russian lady who worked at S and K just nearby — I liked her smile so much I came by everyday just to buy some clothes from her… well and I liked it when she would measure me too :) so if you want to hire some nice Lady’s it could help boost some sales!
The only thing I could ask Mens Warehouse to do is to carry some more 3XLT sizes… some guys like the baggy look so bigger will always fit!
