Crappy place dirty 4 out 5 times got old food or cooked wrong, Their menu keeps going down hill, U think they would know that they need to have a good product and make it the same every time

I have absolutely 0 complaints on this establishment. A very well run restaurant and very polite employees. It is well maintained and very clean. Best McDonalds I have ever been too. The food is cooked to perfection and tastes delicious. The fries are a gift from the heavenly father. Couldn’t be happier about my trip here. Would recommend to anyone. Will be returning soon.

I really hate waiting 5 min for hash browns really Iam sure you could have had some ready… once you pull into reserved screwed parking turn the radio on your gonna be there a while, after McDonalds has served billions you would think they had it figured out

I’m grading this on typical large chain fast food scale. Consistent McDonald’s food and cleanliness. The interior has been updated to a more modern styling. What really sets this apart is the fantastic kids area. It’s half the restaurant. Many individual tables and a large family sized table that seats 12 comfortably. I’ve seen some families bring in crafts during the afternoon to do as well, even a birthday party. The playground jungle gym thing is quite big and entertained the kids for a good long time. Free WiFi

Why McDonalds? Consistency… but last two times cold old fries. Slow drive thru but cold fries inexcusable

I know I shouldn’t expect much from a McDonald’s, but this is quite possibly the worst I’ve ever been to. I like the fact that it has a Playplace, which is wonderful for the kids in the winter. However, they rarely clean the tables in there. Every time I go, I have to ask somebody to clean off a table for us. The service is sloooooooooooow, and it isn’t uncommon to see 7 or 8 people standing in the back waiting on their food after ordering. I have also been wondering lately how sanitary their Playplace is. It smells like an old gym in there. If you want a McDonald’s in Avon, drive towards Indy and go to the one near Raceway Rd. If you want a Playplace, go to the one in Plainfield.

I brought the boys here for an ice cream cone and we all were pleasantly surprised with their large, 3-​tier play gym.
What was supposed to be a 15 minute visit turned into a 60 minute visit.
The place was clean, service was fast and the cones were OK.
One negative: Maybe I’m used to how they do it in Las Vegas, but the ice cream on the ice cream cones were weak and pretty short. We’re all used to the ice cream being applied to at least x2 the height of the actual cone.
