Great place to shop for a mattress here in Avon. Drew took good care of us! He set us up with great value mattress. We are happy with our new mattress.

We purchased several mattresses here for our new home last year. Unfortunately one mattress ended up bring defective and Mattress Firm has been absolutely no help with our attempt to return and/​or exchange the thing.
Now because the manufacture has gone out of business we are stuck with a useless, 20 year warrantied, several thousand dollar, bag of rocks for a mattress. Mattress Firm continues to deny responsibility I have no other option but to leave this review in hopes to warn others.
Purchasing our mattresses here has been an awful experience. I would seriously avoid purchasing anything from a business that does not stand by their products.
