So 2 weeks ago I called to get refunded for a change made to my order less than 12 hours after I placed it. Today, 3 weeks after I placed the order, and 2 weeks after I asked them to fix the charge, I received an email. The manager said he would call and let me know when it was taken care of. Just another sign of their lack of customer service. There are lots of other merchants out there, find another, you’ll be glad you did.
