I recently tried to use some gift cards I purchased online. 6 were fine, but 2 were not going thru. I waited over 30 minutes while the new, incompetent manager tried to figure out what was wrong with these 2 cards. Eventually she gave up and wouldn’t even let me use the 6 that were perfectly fine! Treated me like I was some kind of criminal and embarrassed me in front of everybody in the store, not to mention wasted a lot of my time. I went to another nearby Gamestop and it took the wonderful people there less than 1 minute to figure out that the 2 «bad» gift cards were actually Trade In value cards, so they had to be entered in a different manner than normal gift cards. I hope some kind of Regional Manager reads these reviews so they can fire this location’s idiotic, non-customer-friendly, new manager.
