Do not trust these people. My wife placed several high value items with them and it took months to get her money.

4÷11÷14 If I could give no stars I would. The fact that my review of this business was DELETED after sharing an honest experience doesn’t surprise me. I am incredibly disgusted and do not have the energy to retype my entire review but here is my warning:
Melissa (owner) is rude and dishonest. She alters her contracts after you sign them and doesn’t abide by her own rules. She doesn’t work with you during the consigning process and I do not believe she sold my items for the values she stated.
You are honestly better donating your items to good will than consigning here!

The owner, Melissa is incredibly irrational. I dropped off some items with my mother (who’s name was on the original contract) and she would not allow my mom to pickup the items & check due to privacy laws. I mean, consigning is basically goodwill with a price tag, not a doctor’s office… give me a break! It was absolutely ridiculous that she wouldn’t allow my mom to pick up my items and I live out of state. She insisted that I schedule a time when I would be in town to pick up unsold items and a check.
Additionally store smells like urine and is pretty run down. Some good deals but due to the negative experience and horrible customer service I’ll never return.
Save your time & money and consign with a more reputable consignor!

The owner is an absolute crook– families, please stay away! I was told that my items would be given away if not sold during the contract term, however, I saw some of my items still on the floor two months later. An itemized list of sold clothing was not given as promised, and after going in the store several times asking for my measly 67.00 for clothing and accessories easily worth over 500.00 at consignment prices, I finally received a notice of store credit for $ 67.00 with no payment 4 months later!!!
For anyone else with a similar experience, please join me in reporting Miss Melissa.

My favorite place to shop! Love Melissa, the owner! The quality of the items is new or barely used! It always smells amazing in there. Not musty like typical consignment stores. I know everything must be clean and in impeccable condition! I’m a frequent shopper. I love to see what new things come in. She even gets amazing designer items too! Everything is also very reasonably priced!
