Ok, this place started out great, then we get a coupon in the mail for $ 1.50 PER ITEM. There is no mention of what type of cleaning, Laundered or dry, So, I bring in a load of cleaning and then they said its for only laundered items. I point out that there is nothing mentioned on this coupon that states that. The owner or manager just shruggs his shoulders and try’s to blame it on the printers. Poor management on his behalf.
The correct thing to have done is accept the coupon for what it is. It really pissed me off when he did nothing. I guess there is other cleaners around.
