I’ve been taking my daughter here for two years. I haven’t had any issues with the staff. My daughter always seems happy. When I pick her up and drop her off the staff always seems to be watching everyone and playing and what not.
One issue was that when they were closed for an ice storm they still charged us for the day. That was kind of dumb since it’s not stated out in their policies. Other than that… no complaints.
