Beaver Creek Landing East West Resorts

The Beaver creek landing private residences are essentially privately owned condominiums managed and rented out by East West resorts. Renting here has its up and downsides. On the plus side, the condos are physically consistent with any 5 star resort condo and then some. The view and accessibility to the slopes cannot get any better. Not only do you literally walk out your door and onto the slopes but 20 ft your twenty feet from a gondola that takes you into town, and more specifically, right into the Westin hotel. So, this place is ideal for easy access to additional dining options as well as ski-​in, ski-​out. On the downside, there is no spa, in room dining, or restaurant of any kind, in the building. You may order in using a local al la cart delivery service, however, the front desk is not 24 hours and you will have to meet the deliver guy downstairs to let him in the building after the front desk closes because the front doors will be locked. That being said, housekeeping is also, not as automatic as a full service hotel. For example, we asked for housekeeping service at 11 and they still had not arrived by 6:15pm when we left for dinner. That being said, if you want a full service hotel where you feel fully waited on, and have things like a spa, restaurant, in room dining etc., this is not the place for you. However, if you’re fine with being a little more self sufficient and want a beautiful condo with a spectacular location, this is def the place for you.
