I had a big crash, ski accident and separated/​sprained my shoulder/​AC joint. My GP said to expect 6 – 12 weeks of healing. I was on pain pills for a few weeks simply trying to sleep and get through the day without the chronic pain. After a few weeks, I finally felt as though my back could take some chiropractic, spine and neck adjustment.
Dr. Dan Chesney took me in, moved several ribs around, adjusted my sternum, neck and back and gave me some stretching and exercise movements to use at home. He explained each and every process he did, which I appreciated, as I like to know what’s happening.
After his treatments, I immediately felt better and my healing has progressed at a much faster pace than before. My range of motion with the shoulder was immediately improved.
I’m off the pain meds and sleeping much easier and deeper than before.
I also liked Dr. Dan’s demeanor… and he didn’t try to sell me on 6 weeks of repeated visits.

Dr Dan Chesney rocks! I strained my back skiing & got a same day appt with him. He spent about an hour with me adjusting my spine, relaxing the tightened muscles & gave me a couple of stretches to keep limber. He explained his diagnosis, told me how he was going to fix it & detailed every step with me as he did them.
I went from having shooting pains & not being able to ski at all, to getting back on the slopes & the black diamonds. He saved the rest of my ski vacation. I wish I could take him back to Pennsylvania with me.

These guys promote a somewhat Eastern approach to healing — in that healing & treatments encompass every aspect of life: nutrition, fitness, flexibility, active response, massage… They just leavevthecspiritual side to you (and your personal yogi).
