When purchasing my home in Avon Lake I went with All American Inspection based upon recommendations from co-​workers at the large software company in Westlake that I work at. Bob was professional, thorough and importantly worked for me and not the realtors. He was able to provide a detailed report electronically that itemized all of the items within the home that either needed immediate attention or would in the future. I very much felt that this was a very accurate report of the house I was purchasing and not something that either realtor wanted to hear. Again Bob was working for me and not the realtors.
