Came specifically to this store with my mother who only wanted one thing. With a beautiful pimple on my ugly nose I took advantage of my visit and got information I didn’t know at all. A big mistake that I use body soap on my face was the turning point for a full explanation of their products on how, when and why. I’m not easily sold when it comes to a first visit to a store, but after a free sample, testing the products out, $ 24 dollars less in my pocket I left with a full kit of creams and moisturizer and a free pimple cleanser for the mean time.
Thanks Body Shop!!!

THE AROMA OF AMAZING SERVICE wafted from the open doorway, beckoning me inside. Actually, the fragrance may have been vanilla or frangipani or something, but it was definitely the amazing service that made me want to stay. Also, it doesn’t hurt that Body Shop is committed to environmentally responsible, cruelty-​free beauty products.
I walked in with a sort of vague idea of a coconut-​scented body butter somebody gave me for Christmas, and a halfhearted idea of finding something in the same scent to purchase with a Groupon I had impulse-​bought online.
Not only did Mark (the manager) welcome me with a sincere, friendly smile, he helped me find the exact coconut-​scented products I was after. He let me try a scrub and a shower gel and he showed me the regular and the shimmer lotions. Best of all, when I pulled out my Groupon, he remained gracious and friendly!
Top notch service, excellent products, great value. I will definitely be back!

I love this place… the best smelling store in Aventura Mall. If you are an animal lover you have to shop here, nothing is tested on animals and all products are 100% vegetarian and best of all the quality is excellent. My husband has been using their shaving cream for years — a single tub of it lasts almost the whole year.
