This Starbucks is located in the newer section of the mall near the Macy’s furniture/men’s wing or closer to the Cheesecake Factory entrance.
The line up and waiting counter seems rather crowded and the store itself has very little seating inside. Because of that it seems more of a order and go type of place. They did have the You Are Here collection mugs since the store at 135th and Biscayne had sold out of the Miami one.
Being in the mall this store seems really crowded for both the lines and waiting counter.

I’m already a big fan of the chain — as evidenced by the amount of money I spend there. This one is adequate but, in line with most spots at Aventura Mall, ridiculously crowded. The small outdoor seating area is nice if you can find an empty chair and no one smoking right in your face.

I just stop there, and unbelievable experience. The staff over there needs re– training. Terrible customer service. They make a big deal to customer for things they do not know how to execute

Yet another failed starbucks location!!! Terrible customer service, line is always out the door and their pastry selection is terrible after 8 pm. I went the other day, they barely had anything. I ended up ordering A warm pastry and it was old and barely warmed up!!! They always turn off that oven an hour before closing time.
The man doing my drink messed it up and was arguing with me that he did it right (like I don’t know how I’ve been drinking my coffee. for the last 7 years). I think his name is Luis. He made me wait while he was talking on his cell phone in front of me. I understand it was 930 pm and he wanted to get the hell outta of there, but come on, I pay full price for drink, no matter what time is it, closing time or not!!! RUDE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE AND NO. CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

Visited this location today because line was not out the door like it usually is. Young man at register was so sweet but older women making drink was rude and looked miserable. Will probably be the last time I visit… Best Starbucks in North Miami is in Surfside … Hardly ever packed, good seating, and you can walk to the beach (;

I honestly would not go to this Starbucks if not for convenience. They really are a hit or miss. Their customer service can be good at times and then non-​existent other times. Same thing goes for the coffee. It can taste really good or really bad.
I go to this Starbucks almost everyday, and there’s always a problem. The last time I went, they messed up my order FOUR times. I don’t get complicated drinks. I typically either get a soy chai latte or soy caramel macchiato. Nothing difficult.
This location is busy 99% of the time and the lines are ridiculously long. I once stood in line for 20 minutes for a mediocre cup of coffee and that doesn’t even include the time it took to actually get my coffee.

This place is really hit and miss, sometimes you get great friendly service and sometimes you don’t get service at all. There is a young man tall with dark hair always friendly and pays attention. There is another girl there short wears fake eyelashes and big hoop earrings not so good. Not only chewing gum but blew a bubble and then popped it as she was speaking to me! I guess that is what happens when you only hire kids. Also you know you have long lines at 3pm so get more help! I have stood in line for 15 minutes for just a cup of coffee, am I crazy?
