We order the mussels in white wine and garlic broth. It was absolutely mind blowing. It was fresh and tasty. Order a side of french fries also delicious and crunchy. Very good service. They treat you like family.

I like the food, my wife is French and she really likes their croissants and crepes. They also have some French products like Dijon real mustard… On the other side, service is less than great — feels like they have a different server every week. Oh well, we are there every Saturday morning for a quick breakfast and will continue to go as the food is good

When I came home My stomach hurted and I was feeling super bad. No wonder why on a Saturday night there were noo people at all! I would not recommend to anyone they need to IMprove with their food !!! Server was nice –thats all…

I see a lot of good reviews, but as I paid attention just to coffee and croissants in the morning, for breakfast! However, before going to the Dinner I should of check what people say about it and put it in the pocket, but got unlucky. Like one guy said he puked after it, I feel him and know the reasons why. Basically Dinner dishes are different compare to breakfast/lunch. We went Saturday evening and no wonder why, there were not people at all. We ordered 3 different dishes. They all tasted very awful(I am not picky) and not fresh, like it was expired last year, really. Disgusting dinner ever we had. Only the waiter is a good guy, kitchen guys and foods are the worst I ever tried in my life!

Cute little spot. Good quality espresso and many assorted fresh baked pastries to choose from. We had the cinnamon bun & chocolate almond croissant. Will be back to try more!

I had a coffee and some fruits. Everything was good and I also wanted to read my book for a couple minutes and I didn’t feel anybody was trying to rush me to free the table. That’s rare actually

Well, times change… My couscous merguez only had two mini sausages, which I had never seen anywhere. It also came with no sauce, very few vegetables. The trout meuniere was, I was told, bland. We had to ask for the meuniere sauce which was not on the fish. We asked for lemon but got lime instead(the place does not seem to have lemon ever). The fries we ordered as a substitution for the rice were charged an extra $ 3.50, apparently because we also asked for a little salad. I am giving three stars because the waiter tried his best to please us. Wow. I never thought I would write a review like this on Rendez-Vous Bakery.

Great food but bad service due to lack of staff. Took 20 minutes just to get coffee then another 40 min to get the food. I customized my order and when it finally arrived it was all wrong. Also, all the food did not come out at the same time. Adults food came first only to have the little one still waiting for hers. Waiter completely forgot to bring bread. Maybe it’s just on Sunday, but most of the other customers were also complaining about the ridiculous wait times. A few tables even got up and left. We were considering leaving by the time the food arrived barely in time. Not sure if we will be returning.

The service is painfully slow — a quick stop for a sandwich has turned into a 1.5 hour ordeal(the only authentically French part of my lunch) with the waiters disappearing. Water was never refilled, we were never offered a fresh coffee, and the food was really not very good at all. Croque Monsieur was somehow very soggy and barely toasted. When asked if I liked my food(obv I didn’t because I had 2 bites) I politely said I did not… so they offered to pack it for me to go? Bizarre. 2 stars because I’m not mean.

Good breakfast spot for groups. I came here with friends to celebrate and also because we were really hungry. Pretty much all of us ordered breakfast omelettes with the exception of some who ordered eggs Benedict. Everything looked delicious and from my own personal omelette experience, I was pleased. I believe anywhere that offers dishes with hollandaise sauce is worth checking out, because it can improve breakfast food dramatically. Our dishes came with French baguettes which were great to share as a group. They also have champagne and freshly pressed juices. Perfect for mimosas. They have several tables outside that are easy to combine, and more seating indoors, but the restaurant is best for groups of 4 – 6 people.

The trio Benedict is a must have. After reading reviews and seeing the pictures, I just had to order it. Only bad part was waiting about 20min for a glass of water. The server brought the food out and I didn’t see them again for 30min.

Their croissants are AMAZING! And the manager(?) gave me a macaron on the house that was to die for! Their coffee is superb. They have many gourmet desserts. Consistently good food.

Service is a nightmare, unfortunately this was my first and last time! Ordered a quiche Lorraine, turkey Panini with a couple of chocolate croissants for take out and waited 40 mins. There were a maximum of two other tables which already received their meals and I was the only person waiting for take out, there’s no reason it should have taken so long. The cashier also forgot my chocolate croissants and took another 5 – 10 minutes trying to figure out if I was charged, which I was by the way. The turkey Panini was pretty good and the quiche Lorraine was decent but honestly I don’t think it’s worth the frustration, staff needs to be more efficient.

Would never go to that place again! After eating chicken spinach florentine at that establishment, I had massive diarrhea attack with liquid stool 4 hours later. I had vomited twice with spinach coming out from my nose and blocking drain in my vanity. What a horrible experience!!! Apparently either canned spinach they use went bad, or some other ingredients were out of commission. Chicken itself was rubberish and tasteless. If you enjoying throwing up after your meal and occupying bathroom for few hours strait, then this place is for your culinary adventure. I called them later on same evening to share my experience, and all they could tell me is that owners is not there.

A great family owned restaurant bakery. I came to Florida from a snowy NY so I very much appreciated the outdoor seating. I read about the eggs Benedict prior to ordering so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. And I wasn’t! Only thing for my preference it was a bit«wetter» than most eggs Benedict I had but nonetheless the hollandaise sauce was on point. We also ordered some coffee(when I say we I mean my dad and I) and he also had pancakes with the fresh fruit. They were delicious! I personally think the dish was a bit small(2 pancakes). And we can’t forget those roasted potatoes that came with my eggs Benedict. OMG! Reminded me of my grandmas fried potatoes(if you ain’t russian then you ain’t getting this reference). Now we also ordered an almond chocolate croissant. This was one of the highlights because of the quality of chocolate used, the freshness, and the balance of the«flaky» croissant with the rest of the ingredients. Coffee was also delicious and went perfect with the meal. The price is reasonable so no complaints there. Family owned and operated(father and son) and they are very friendly with customers and know the regulars. Personal service can go a long way and when you have great food being served along with it, you’re sitting on a golden ticket!

This bakery is so cute. I imagine it’s like sitting at a little café in France. We sat outside on a beautiful day. My boyfriend had an iced coffee that was made fresh but wasn’t cooled down enough so the ice melted and watered down the coffee. My boyfriend got the Eggs Benedict and I got a croissant breakfast sandwich. Both items were delicious. The croissant was flaky and buttery as it should be, the eggs tasted fresh and the potatoes were great! After breakfast we came in the store and got some desserts. We got like a little caramel dessert and a chocolate croissant. It tasted very authentic, fresh and the chocolate was the good kind. The service was friendly and fairly quick.

I went back on Monday(Fridays as well) for allyoucaneat mussels and they were pleantiful and good; I could taste the ocean but not any wine. The wait here is long I must say and the waitress didn’t understand that I wanted seconds or misheard me or something, but we had a really long wait. The mussels are quite small and there is not enough broth, but for $ 16.00 it’s ok. I took a bag of croissants home and they were right up there on my top 10 list. I think I’ll come for breakfast the menu looks delightfully decadant.

Ok, Aventura diner was closed permanently. Came here instead. Looked promising, but unfortunately it was horrible. Server did not speak English or French, not even restaurant English or French. Order was wrong, like things were forgotten completely. Pancakes were burnt and pricey at almost 10 bucks for 2. Eggs Benedict was meager, the hollandaise sauce was good, bit the serving of potato was super skimpy. Never a refill on my coffee, or an offer for water. I would more than likely go for the hearty looking 6.992 egg breakfast. The sad thing here is that I know they know better. It has the feel that there is a fair bit of passion for there food. They just missed the boat this time. This visit gets 2 stars.

The service was friendly for the most part, but unfortunately inattentive. The staff only attended to us when they took our order and again when we were completely done with our food; disappointingly never once in between which I would have appreciated. We never even got our check brought to our table. After waiting ten minutes after they picked up our plates, we had to go to the counter to ask for our check & to pay our bill. The fresh squeezed orange juice was great along with my husbands’ iced latte. The complimentary french bread they brought to our table was delightfully good. The ham and cheese crêpe was enjoyable. The croissant was fine. The eggs Benedict was okay.
