The review above must be from the owner himself ! This is the WORST Jeweler I ever had the misfortune of meeting! I brought them my mother’s signature ring that she gave to me before she passed away to duplicate for my best friend who always loved it. I showed them how intricate the ring was and they said it would be no problem. When I went to pick it up I discovered they completely changed the design of the ring-​because they thought it was broken! They began to yell at me saying I should have told them not to touch the design??? WHAT??? WHY would I have brought them a ring to duplicate if it weren’t for the design? on top of that the craftsmanship itself was deplorable! Now I have to find a reputable designer to REPAIR their damage AND duplicate the ring again! Shoddy service, Shoddy Craftsmanship, Shoddy quality! I would not recommend them to ANYONE!
