Dr. Lewis Carroll was absolutely amazing during my friend’s tooth extraction. We both loved the office and had as great of an experience as the dental office can allow. The doctor was professional, caring, and accommodating. My friend was in pain and I called the office and voila… They took us the same day within an hour. No wait, no crazy amount of paperwork. The doctor saw us almost right away and within an hour we were all done. We were so happy and so relieved to finally be pain free. Thank you Dr. Carroll. Thank you so very much!!! We are both so grateful for you kindness and great care. Highly recommend this office and this doctor!!!

This is very unprofessional and should never be such a bad experience. I came to this dentist with a cracked tooth under the crown. I had a consultation with the doctor and made some xrays to figure out how to pursue the issue. The doctor explained the procedure for me and has told me that he would work on the price with me. I originally made the office aware that I will not pay the full price upfront and I would make the monthly payments. When the doctor started to work on my tooth the first time he didnt explain the price to me. When I came to check out the price was $ 1600 and I asked them for a break down, which I never received. I also asked them what was the amount of discount applied as prior conversation. I also asked to send me the bill and give me a date when I should make the payments. Which of course was never received or discussed. They made me a second appointment to exchange the temporarily crown with a permanent in a week. When I came there a week later they have told me that they would do another temporarily one before they can do a permanent.(Didnt make sense to me why they would do that and change what they stated previously.) The day when I came for my permanent crown I made a payment and then I was told that they want a third of a payment at least in order to perform my service. This has never happened to me in such an unprofessional manner. I ve told the lady upfront that I will make another payment within two weeks and I need to get the permanent crown done. She told me that there is nothing they can do. What kind of a medical professional performs half the service???
