Dunkin’ Donuts

I am biased towards DD coffee… I simply love it over Starbucks, and it wouldn’t be a fair comparison, as their similarities end at that both of them are coffee. Once or twice a week, I like to treat myself to their biscuit and chicken sandwich and a medium cup of coffee with cream no sugar. I feel ridiculous reviewing «fast food» chicken and biscuit, but some expensive «foodie» establishments have a thing or two to learn from «fast food» chicken biscuit, and that’s that. I think the main reason I like going to this location is because the lady at the register always has a sunny smile, and the lady that prepares my coffee and my sandwich is so warm and sweet that I feel as if my Mom is seeing me off to school, when I was a kid with a big sweet smile on her face, which by the way so not my Mom (the woman can’t cook, and waking up was more like «Wake the F up, you’re late»).

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts several times before and most times it has been during the weekend. I usually only get coffees like an iced caramel latte but I have never ordered any of the food. It’s quite small and is like a very narrow hallway with limited tables and seating. I have only stayed long enough until my coffee is ready. The people who work here are okay and the wait time to get my order ready is quite quick. However, I have always managed to come at a time when the place is not busy. It does not have a drive-​thru since it is located at an outlet mall where you have to park first.

More than likely you come in with a headache from caffeine withdrawal, grumpy, grouchy, and in need of coffee. You order your drink, take your first sip and smile —- Ahhhhh, just what I needed thank God.
At least that was my experience. I stopped in here since I was working in the area and NEEDED a coffee. Not just any coffee but a Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee. The place was empty in the middle of the afternoon which is great — no long lines ! The lady made the coffee too dark and did not add sufficient creamer (at least to my liking). I took a few sips and kindly asked her to add more creamer (or as I like to think of it «make it lighter») hahaha.
She quickly added more creamer and asked me if it was ok. NOW– it was delicious. Just what I needed.

Always slow!!! Morning or afternoon. And these are def NOT fresh.

Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, this is an older model. It is generally quieter than most.
