Blum-Nico Oral Facial Surgery Associates

If I could give this office ZERO stars, I would. I went in for consultation about having my wisdom teeth removed. I went in, had the exam and I was told that I would be called with a predetermination from my insurance once they had it. Well, I called one week after my consult and they still didn’t have it. I called two weeks after, and still no predetermination. Today is Monday, (Wednesday will make three weeks from my consultation) and they still don’t have it. I spoke to Diana and it turns out they still haven’t even called my insurance to ask for it!!! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. It leads me to believe that since I’m not paying out of pocket, I’m not a priority to them and they can’t be bothered with me. I will never set foot in their office again! They are totally unprofessional!!!
