I was a patient of Dr. Shalom Amselem from Ten years ago, he built two bridges of my top three and bottom and three down on my left side, from the same day he treated me, I returned several times for repairs because he did not know how to do the settling,
He did not know the work and caused me to lose all
The teeth in my mouth. I called him a week ago and told him the bridge bottom on my left dropped and He told his secretary to say he would not fix his job he has done and she told me to find another doctor to correct the non-​professional work he did and took charged for it.
he was not willing to take care of me and said to his secritery I will go to another doctor. He is the most expensive in Miami, but he did not know the work and I do not know if he’s a doctor, I do not recommend anyone to do any dental care with him. He exaggerates prices and do not know the work is not a dentist, is a disgusting.

Great service and really nice staff. They take you very quickly and usually right at your scheduled appointment. Also they are just nice people. They try to make you as comfortable as possible.

I have been using Dr. AMSELEM for over 10 years. He is by far the most honest dentist I have ever been to. I found him by accident when another dentist told me I had 4 cavities. When I saw Dr. AMSELEM he took xrays per my request and told me I was in good shape… no cavities. He sensed my skepticism, so I told him about the other dentist. He said «if you were my child I wouldn’t drill your teeth.» Since then I have created a Dr Amselem following! My entire office has switched to him. Everyone couldn’t be happier. He will NEVER suggest you need work that you don’t. He will ALWAYS fit you in if you have an emergency. And you will NEVER BE KEPT WAITING. He also has a fantastic staff. BTW: I once asked about bleaching… Doc’s response «your teeth are white enough.» If you care about your mouth… go see Dr. AMSELEM!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! OVERCHARGES AND RUDE RUDE RUDE.
My husband and I have been going to this dentist for four years. The initial visits were fine, but then we started feeling like the dentist was constantly trying to sell us unnecessary treatments. Our insurance makes it difficult to switch dentists, so we just stayed, but after our most recent visit, we will never again see this dentist. Long story short, we scheduled appointments for general cleanings and confirmed that we would have $ 0 out-​of-​pocket costs, but after my husband’s cleaning they tried to charge him $ 55. When I spoke with Dr. Amselem about the problem, he was condescending and rude, repeatedly explaining that I should be better informed about my benefits and dental health. He agreed to waive the charges, but then he had the gall to tell me that it is not his responsibility to know my dental health — if not him as my dentist, then who!!! He also told me that when I made the appointment, I should have checked what my costs would be. As I am sure you can guess, there was no apology when he found out that I had checked and the information his staff had given me was incorrect. I pointed out that I felt I was being treated rudely and he yelled at me that I was ridiculous, spat out «happy new year,» and stormed away. Clearly, he needs a lesson in respecting clients. AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS. He will charge you for unnecessary treatments and he is so pompous that he believes he can treat people horribly and they will keep coming back.
