I bought a set of 5 chairs for my kitchen. Two years in, one of the chairs broke due to poor manufacturing not misuse by us. The chairs were expensive Calligaris chairs from Italy. I called Addison House who refused to stand behind the chairs. Since the chairs are discontinued, the best that can do is offer me a discount on new chairs. So according to them, I should just throw away the chairs I already own. I also contacted Calligaris who refused to stand behind their product as well. I would not ever purchase anything from Addison House and I also would not ever purchase anything from Calligaris.

I recently moved and needed more furniture, I stopped by this store to look at table. Ended up getting everything I needed here. They have sleek modern furniture and its high end quality. The staff went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. One of the lamps I bought from display did not work after it was delivered, I called them up and they sent someone down to come fix it. Very happy overall with the experience and would definitely shop there again.

I purchased over $ 18,000 worth of furniture.
It took many months and many calls to get the furniture.
The leather couches started to have the surface flake off and a hole developed. I called the store to ask if I could buy a patch.
After dozens of phone messages and not a single return phone call I went in to the store. The staff didn’t care and I felt like they just wanted me to leave and not be bothered.
The sales staff was extraordinarily aloof and «snooty» but when I purchased I chalked it up to them liking themselves a great deal and feeling like their store is really special. Looking back, I think they were just rude.
Don’t expect ANY customer service after then sale.
I would never buy anything from this store again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! We purchased and received the most gorgeous bedroom furniture for our daughter’s room. Everything came in perfect and everything they recommended was on target. They provided free design help with drawings included and beautiful color choices. This is not our first purchase from Addison House and I have to say the quality of their furniture is great. Their schedules are on time and their installers are very professional and accommodating. I love this store and look forward to designing the next room with them.

I’m all for posting negative reviews for bad experiences, so it’s fair then to write good ones. I’ve bought many pieces from this store over the last two years, and dealt with most of the high end furniture stores in Miami, and have to say their customer service exceeds the others. Their pricing is fair and competitive with even discount websites and the staff is friendly and helpful.
