If it was possible to give negative one stars I would. Such rude staff which is completely unnecessary. Also, now they have a copay of 25.00 that I also find ridiculous. I won’t be going back, and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family not to give this awful place business.

I have never experienced a problem until last week with MRI of Woodbridge. I was called back for additional screening and an ultrasound. I was told that I would have time to talk with the doctor as the results would be immediate. I was greeted by the doctor who did not have alarming concerns but he did request the tech to perform the ultrasound in front of him (red flag for me). The doctor then received a call on his cell phone. I was told I needed to come back in 6 months (which I typically only go 1x per year). I wanted to ask the doctor a few questions with regards to coming back but, he answered his cell phone and walked out… never returned!
I called the office the following day to get more specifics as I felt completely uncomfortable with not having a chance to really talk to the doctor. I was told the office manager would call me back. She did but I was work (I am a teacher and do not keep my phone with me at all times)…I called back about 2 hours later (on Friday) and told «I think she left the office.» Today is Wednesday and I still have not been able to get in touch with her.
I followed up with an email through the MRI site, received a call and an email that the medical director would be contacted. I tried to get in touch with the person who called and emailed me and… I got an out of office reply!
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not sure what happened to the other guy, but I only waited like 20 minutes. lol.
But I made an appointment over the phone. No problems with insurance. Usually a few places give you trouble over the phone.
But the x-​ray tech was nice. And it only took 5 minutes.
All in all, wasn’t that bad.

Rude staff… always seen a minimum of 30 minutes after your scheduled appt and very unprofessional. Every time that I have been there they talk abt other patients within earshot of patients as well as talk abt personal business. If you inquire abt when will you be seen they become very curt with you. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home but I think I will need to suck it up & venture out
