I used Dahar for Invisalign a few years ago. During my treatment it went well. I wore my retainers and went to my appointments. I was happy with the treatment while I was on Invisalign and when it ended I was told to wear a clear retainer(made by him) only in evenings. I did what I was told but felt my teeth were moving. When I went back for my check in I told him and he told me to wear the retainer all the time. I can’t wear it enough. So that is what I did. I wore the clear retainers for a few years. Normal wear and tear made me go back to see if I could get new ones. They were cracked, dirty, dingy and a few holes. I went in and they cut the crack out on the back of my top retianer and told me to wear it. I wanted new and was told that it would be 120 for a new one. Okay I can pay that… so anyway when I finally had enough of the ghetto cut retainers I wanted new. I told Dr Dahar that my teeth were moving and wanted tighter ones.(They make the retainers from molds of your teeth, Which is cool then but if teeth move you are screwed) I got my 160 retainer and the thing didn’t even cover my teeth. Each time I was there he stopped by for 1 sec and was like she’s good come back in 6 months. I don’t know if since I was done with treatment he didn’t care or what. I wasn’t happy with my top retainer(the bottom one wasn’t replaced) so he did make me a new one to only have it not cover my teeth once again. I went to King Orth in downtown pittsburgh and got the Vivera(Dahar doesn’t offer that) and I am very happy! For those on Invisalign make sure you get the Vivera retainers after. They are taken from the final product of your Invisalign treatment and not from teeth molds like Dahar does. He needs to get with the time. I wish I would have went to King’s Ortho years ago
