I scheduled a recall appointment, they were completely accomodating of my scheduling restrictions, and sent someone to pick the vehicle up and drop it back off, ahead of schedule. Very nice, even inspected it for me, and replaced a part that they discovered wasn’t operating properly, too! Discovered the repair didn’t fix the problem after I drove it home, so I called the next morning. Laurie was informative, helpful, and knew exactly who I was and what I was talking about, she suggested having someone pick it back up immediately, and they fixed it very quickly. I am 100% satisfied!

Service center takes way too long. I’ve wasted hours waiting for an oil change multiple times. On one occasion the service was completed and the service staff didn’t bother to inform me for over 30 minutes. With so many other options for services I’ll be going elsewhere.

Bob and Chuck Eddy Jeep is THE BEST!!! Their Service is Second to None! They are always on time, explain what needs to be done and never do work that is not needed. I just had the oil changed and they mentioned I was close to the date of needing spark plugs in my Jeep Liberty. Since they have been servicing my vehicle it has run perfectly with NO Problems. The have a nice waiting room and come and get you when your vehicle is finished and explain what was done and what may need attention in the near future. I will go no where else and I live in Chicago!
