I know that Austin has a lot of taco truck trailer options but trust me this place is owned and operated by the people who run the shared space known as 508 bar and Pelons so it is good! The three of us ordered the fish tacos, pork tacos and steak fajita tacos and then shared one of each so I got to try all three. I am spoiled by real Southern California fish tacos so out of the three this one was my least favorite. Not that the fish tacos aren’t good because they are – it is just the pork and steak were pretty awesome. The steak fajita tacos had grilled onions, pickled red cabbage and zorro sauce. The pork had jicama slaw and zorro sauce. You get 3 per order and they run small but with 3 you will be full. They have other options on their menu like crispy sesame avocado and chips/salsa/queso. Zorro’s food trailer is located in the yard for 508. This would be a great pairing with 508’s cocktails or beer. It is conveniently located across the street from Stubb’s so a great place to chill before or after a show.
